Lebeau Software is a privately owned company that was created in 1999. It started out as just one programmer doing projects here and there when time permitted. After awhile, rather than distributing those projects from different sources and addresses and such, Lebeau Software was formed so as to unify all projects under a single entity.
Remy Lebeau - founder, developer
Remy is a highly visible member of the Embarcadero developer forums, which are public forums for software developers who use Embarcadero/CodeGear development tools to talk to each other, help each other out with problems in their projects and source code, and to provide expert advise to each other. He received a STAR award from Borland in 2000, and became a member of TeamB in 2002.
He is a contributing member of the development and admin teams for the Indy open source project and its support forums and newsgroups.
He is a contributing author to the C++Builder Developer's Journal and its support forums. BCBJ is a monthly online magazine devoted to all things related to Embarcadero's C++Builder development IDE and compiler.
He is a contributing member of Stack Overflow, a Q&A website for professional and enthusiast programmers.
